Dana loves apricot syrup! He has been wanting me to make him some, but first you need some apricots. Aunt B had a neighbor that had apricots I could pick and have. I went to pick - climbed way high in the tree (I needed to take Cole to climb and pick) and picked 5 boxes of apricots. The owner of the tree wanted me to just clean it out so he didn't have to worry about it anymore. I came home and made 18 jars of concentrated apricot pulp - that you can add sugar to and make syrup. A little crazy since Dana only eats about one thing of syrup a YEAR!
